We are looking for applicants that have a minimum of 3 years management experience in casual, full service dining. General management experience a plus. Individual must also have strong leadership skills, ability to coach and develop others, promotes a teamwork atmosphere, experience in budgeting and food/labor cost control with the ability to achieve profit objectives, strong organizational skills and exceptional customer service standards and skills.
