Full Service Restaurants

Flying J has over 130 full-service restaurants located in their plazas throughout the United States and Canada. Our full-service restaurants are open 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week. At each of our three concepts, the Country Market Restaurant and Buffet, the Cookery Restaurant and Buffet and Thad’s Restaurant, you will experience casual dining in a contemporary country atmosphere. For the convenience of our guests, telephones are provided at booths and counters.

Our restaurants aim to satisfy the heartiest appetites every day of the week. That’s why our menu offers breakfast, lunch & dinner entrees 24 hrs-a-day, 7 days-a-week. Monthly specials vary to include items not normally carried on our regular menu. Menu items and monthly specials are available for take-out.

In addition to our 24 hour menu, all of our Country Market and Cookery restaurants offer a full buffet, which is available from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Our buffet offers breakfast, lunch & dinner items depending on the time of day, plus a salad bar. Most locations also offer hand-carved roasts on the dinner buffet & self-serve dessert bars.

Our smaller-scale Thad’s Restaurants offer the same menu and services as our Country Market and Cookery, with the exception of the buffet.
