QUALIFICATIONS
TO APPLY: You must have a minimum of 2 years current full service
restaurant management experience, preferably with some experience in
the Casual Dining chain market. We seek experience in both FOH and
BOH. Since our bar business constitutes up to 25% of our total sales
in some units, experience serving and/or managing alcohol is
preferred. Candidates who have earned a degree specializing in
restaurant management from an accredited institution will also be
considered.
