We constantly evaluate our pay so we know it‘s competitive.

Salaries are checked against industry standards annually to ensure a very competitive stance. We also consider cost of living factors when determining starting salaries. Every six months managers receive a structured developmental review. Each anniversary managers receive a performance review that includes consideration for salary and bonus increases.
  Each manager‘s bonus potential is determined during the hiring process and is subject to increases based on performance and advancement. Bonuses are paid each fiscal period and reward performance. There are thirteen fiscal periods each year. Top performing teams can earn up to 200% of their potential. All managers receive a personal “manager charge” account at the completion of management training. The charge account provides a certain amount of credit to be used each fiscal period. This benefit is in addition to the house charge privileges used for daily meals. The manager charge can be used to purchase discounted food or merchandise as well as full price beverages in any company restaurant.
  We are committed to a healthy work/life balance. We schedule five-day work weeks and provide paid vacation for managers who have been employed over one year.

The vacation benefit grows:
In years 1-4 managers receive two weeks vacation.
In years 5-9 managers receive three weeks vacation.
After 10 years managers receive four weeks vacation.

During the first year of employment, any manager may borrow up to one full week of vacation after six months of employment.

After just six months of employment with our company, managers become eligible for participation in our managed 401(k) plan. You may elect to contribute to the plan, and the company will match a portion of your contribution.
  Benefits become effective the first day of the month after the start of manager training.
