Our Management and Culinary structure lets each manager/chef focus on
one main area of restaurant operations. Once a manager/chef has mastered
a specific area of responsibility, he/she will have the opportunity to
move on to the next area. The opportunities for careers at Maggiano's
Little Italy are divided into 4 categories: Restaurant Management,
Culinary Chef, Private Dining Sales and Accounting Operations.
